By train: Firenze-Roma. Either Castiglion Fiorentino or Camucia-Cortona stations.

By car: From the North, take the A1 motorway, exit at Monte S. Savino, in the direction of Castiglion Fiorentino, at Cesa turn right in the direction Foiano, but turn left (before you get there) at the sign for Brolio - Castiglion Fiorentino and carry on to Castroncello. You will find a church on your right, about 400 m along, turn right along an unmade road bordered by walnut trees and carry on as far as the farm, which you will see on the left, with a short drive and a row of cypresses leading to S. Apollonia.
